  • All Products purchased from our website shall be delivered to the user by standard courier services.
  • The logistics partner will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the User is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order(s).
  • Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to inter alia:

Bad weather, Flight delays, Political disruptions, Other unforeseen circumstances.

  • We bear no liability in case of failure or delay in the delivery of the products, including any damage or loss caused to the products. We do take utmost care of the packaging and delivery from our side.
  • However in case where a damage has been caused to the products ordered, we shall replace the products as per our replacement policy as indicated on the website.


Currently we are not accepting any returns. Please make sure to buy the right product.


We provide exchange option in case of sizing issue.However, please issue an exchange from your end within 3 days of receiving the item.In case the new size required is not available, then we can either make it on order which would take about 2-3 weeks or issue you a store credit.
