Cancellations & Refund Policy

For Indian Orders: Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of placing the order.

For International Orders: Cancellations are not accepted.

You can easily cancel an order placed on the website by sending us an email requesting cancellation with the order no., your name , billing address and contact number at

For Prepaid orders, Refund will processed in 5-7 working days of receiving the cancellation request.

Returns

We accept return requests and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
Refund and store credit both options are available.

We arrange return pickup if the pincode is serviceable.In a rare situation, where your pincode does not have return logistics service, customer will have to ship the product back to our warehouse in New Delhi.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 15 days.
